Pugs,

If I remember a previous post correctly, an individual who spoke with a representative of the NASD (I think RileyG posted this), admitted that not only Mork was under investigation, but also the company itself.

Also, I don't believe the company has announced that the $10 million financing deal has been completed. All they have said is that an agreement has been reached and should be completed by the end of the month.

GYMM shows that the SEC is serious about cracking down on internet scams. I personally haven't followed the company and will have to head on over there and read the interplay that the yea and nays engaged in over there.

And given the personal attacks on the nays by the yeas, I don't believe that anything I have posted is out of line. A logical dose of skepticism is healthy in discussing any stock.

Also, I performed a Faux Pas out here by claiming that the Nays would all be willing to apologize should this company survive SEC scrutiny and consumate their private financing arrangement. I am certainly not above admitting my mistakes and I WILL APOLOGIZE the moment this company PROVES it has completed the financing deal and releases its financials.

Que Sera, Sera.

Regards,

Ron
