Two things are operating there... firstly, white guilt is a full blown epidemic nationwide, especially in the north and northeast secondly, Minnesota is a hot bed for those pseudo intellectual types, I've seen them first hand, all of them are lunatics... the pseudo intellectual believes it's very much in vogue to be liberal, much like the white kid in the inner city who tries to act black... How can China be so powerful today without all the strength that fictitiously comes from "diversity"? China and Japan as well have almost zero foreigners working in their countries. Look at how successful they are too. The left doesn't want to talk about that.
