Well, the main issue I responded to Tejek was the one of "a lot of deadbeat Dads" walking around out there and he suggested it was a result of racism and my suggestion was that it was the result of welfare women being able to raise kids without husbands.

We've spawned a cuture in the lower classes where woman don't have to educate themselves in order to pass on their genes. Which is why we should do away with welfare going forward (maintain the kids that are on it on it). This would provide the incentive needed for potential welfare women to educate themselves and/or stay married.
