What a great chart. I had no idea things were so concentrated. What a wonderful business you are in.

I try to encourage my students to eat well. So many of them eat utter crap. I tell them to cut out the sugary drinks- and drink water or tea or coffee, with as little sugar as they can take. I model water drinking for them- as I always have a water bottle with me. I used to sell waters, at cost- but the principal said I could not do that- as it undercut the cafeteria.

I bring in exotic fruits and veggies for the kids to try, and the last week of school we'll make sushi together :-) Sushi does have white rice- so it's not as healthy as I'd wish, but when it's homemade it's leagues better than what my students normally eat.
