IEC made the Forbes list at # 6 best Americas best small companies. IMO- A good place to find small bolt ons for bigger companies. Diligence is still needed in picking. Ancestry has already been acquired and many on the list have been mentioned before.With some exceptions like IEC IMO. Generally not values as these companies are growing faster and reflected in the market valuation. However many times bigger companies with synergies like to grow their models on these type of companies. forbes.com
