Peronally, I really liked Amazon.com, particularly when not too many people knew about them. But the last few times I've ordered books, they've taken forever, had the order or my credit card number screwed up, or something. Some may call it growing pains, but I'm not sure there should be an excuse. At any rate, my broker had no stock to short, so I bought a few high-priced puts.

And that premium they charge for shipping and handling is really starting to bug me. I assume I'm like a lot of people that wanted to see this business work, but I'm not sure these people can pull it off.
