Jessie, I agree, this does seem like the Twilight Zone. However, there are quite a few stocks that I track or are in my portfolio that are following a similar pattern. I think this has more to do with the tech market segment than with QDEK by itself. I also believe that end of year selling to offset the large gains that almost everyone has (who've sold anything) is also a significant factor. It's certainly painful down here, but I doubt this has anything to do with impending bad news and is probably the buying opportunity of the year. Regards - Dale
