The evolve comment has a distinct New Age Movement underpinning to it. The New Age authors and leaders all talk about man's evolution to the next level at the beginning of the Age of Aquarious and that Christians and Jews and separativeness will exclude them from the New Age and the failure to evolve. They say that those that refuse to evolve will be "sent to another plane". I think that means exterminated. Sounds like Chris Mathews is onboard with the New Age Movement.
