Actually it's 7 vs 6. Dr. Wachter is still with the company and hopefully with the same compensation and privileges. Is cash that tight that they couldn't find two independent members which would have achieved their goal and still allowed Dr. Wachter to remain a board member?

I would have been more impressed with a 7 member board which included Dr. Wachter, than a 5 member board without him.
