ed, please reread the post...it's only the low cost motherbd that FIC makes. The statement was about the 799 mb only. I also did not say 100% of the bds. A small percnet is always done outside . cpq SMT's most there other bds. I never said they make ALL their bds.. They just make almost all them... you can call Houston and Singapore.. why Don't you just drop in on their plant there and see the mfg'ing happen<gg> You are also incorrect in they mfg'ed in USA. the low cost is assy'ed by FIC(not cpq) a few hundred yds from me. Singapore , I think does boards only now although this was the plan , cpq may be so far behind that they are still doing assy of pc there. Scotland also, mfg'er pcs. I was the Systems Mgr. on all these plants and I don't ever remember seeing you on any of the projects so your info. is defintiely misleading.
