The evidence that Zimmerman sustained injuries is not evidence of who presented a threat and who was defending (standing their ground.) Zimmerman had a loaded gun in his belt, and was told not to follow Martin. The trial will be very enlightening, though "victim" Zimmerman is the only one that got out alive to testify.
