I will always trust a system where I can be represented in court over a system where one man can decide my fate. Are you talking about the US? The last time I checked, even Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a confessed terrorist has his right to be tried in our court system. The last time I checked, even Obamacare, which we passed by the Executive as well as Legislative branches of Govt. may be struck down by the Judicial branch. Don't you think that it is time for you to quit this nonsense of bombarding this thread with the same thing over and over again. I have not seen anyone posting hypotheticals here like you do.
