Herman: Thanks for the information. I talked to a Jeff in the New York office the other day (Mr. Dieterle was in Colorado). They do not know who is doing the buying, or whether it is one person or a group. He did say that several "knowledgable" people have recently visited the mine and several took samples back to be tested. They should have gotten the results back around the time the volume picked up. That could indicate that they liked what they found and are optimistic about LMMI.

Jeff also informed me that production should start in mid-January. (I think he indicated that they will start at 30 tons a day, but it could have been 60). The quarter ending January 31 will most likely not show a profit since there will only be a few weeks of production in that quarter. Production should ramp-up starting in February. I think he said that full production of 300 tons a day would not be achieved for several months. The quarter ending April 30 should show a profit (finally!!). I'm hoping then that the year-end report will show a profit.

Anyway, that's what I have learned. Mr. Wilson is slowly getting better, but still has bad days. Apparently he tries to get into the office too much too soon. Things look on track so hopefully we'll see some significant upward movement by spring.
