He didn't need to talk to Michelle for the story to comem (indirectly) from her.

BTW the book also said Michelle vetoed offering the Vice Presidency to Hillary ... she asked him,
"Do you really want Bill and Hillary just down the hall from you in the White House? Could you live with that?"

Mitt Romney really has at least three wives and families, in his Mormon family tradition.

I've heard this from people who've spoken with family members of his various families, and other sources I refuse to name.
