Kenneth - Do you really want to count the Obamas' personal staff as 'new jobs'?

Also, is Wikipedia really an authoritative source?

For all we know, you edited the Wikipedia article ...

I honestly don't see how anyone with eyes, ears and a brain (that presuming you have all of those), in working order, could make the statement you made with a straight face ...

If that is so, they why is unemployment higher now, than under Bush?

Kenneth, I am happy to hear that the Democratic organization, interest groups, and the media are finally completing the necessary "campaign candidate research super pack contributors" and releasing that information to the public. The public has a right to know who the various contributors are who are making/buying the candidates with their contributions. This action will surface a new light on those who provide the money for financing the campaigns (polling, campaign organizations, candidate research and advertisements). Then, the power of the people can exert their influence on the contributors as well as the candidates.

Paul

You like the wikipedia numbers, I prefer the BLS data. data.bls.gov

Total non-farm employment their broadest measure

Jan 2001 132466
Jan 2009 133561

Increase during Bush 1,095,000

Jan 2009 133561
Apr 2012 132989

Decrease during Obama 572,000

Of course the govt might have adjusted the data to make O look better.
