I do not have any details about an investment banking deal - just that the company is making its rounds on Wall Street and people seem interested. Any involvment by such a bank will have an impact on the stock price and liquidity. In addition, sales side research will generate more retail interest.

The company is doing ok in terms of readily available cash. First, the company did 16m last quarter and will do 20m this quarter. It is in the black from continuing operations. In addition, the CEO and others have personnally guaranteed a 20m revolving credit facility for the company.

A level 2 quote service can be purchased from many places - try asking a Broker. It is expensive - about $400 per month and requires a dedicated phone line. I do not believe it is available through the Internet.
