Four days ago, so it appears, some of the posters on the Healthtech board (GYMM) were already discussing the pending SEC/FBI investigation which lead to today's arrests. exchange2000.com I wonder if SI will be turning over their records (GYMM posts, and associated member ID and contact information) to the SEC? I kind of like the fact SI requires ID and confirmation of ID before they let you post. There is at least some path back to those that pass along bogus information, with malice. (I'm not talking about ignorant hype, or unintentional mis/dis-information)
