There are no faith issues for most of those things ... the religious intermarriage thing might be for some ... in those cases, I'd tell the couple to find another chaplain or someone else to do the ceremony.

I definitely wouldn't kick out chaplains if their persona religion kept them from performing religious intermarraiges ... like say an Orthodox Jewish chaplain. He should have the right to refuse to conduct a service that violated his faith.
