A couple things - Weekly Charts are signaling a fall to an RSI of to nearly 30 before a final bottom to me:

The Investors Intelligence Poll is only useful for signaling a bottom once we have more bears than bulls. All other contrarian indicators are pretty fickled. The CPC for instance is showing a lot of negativity but it can do that for months. The Investors Intelligence Poll only seems to go bearish after a huge downturn in the market.

What we have now is acceptance that the market has not been clearly reflecting worldwide economic problems. But once you see more bears than bulls here. Then start buying regardless of how bad everyone says things are at the time. That's my plan anyway.
