they should do better than 5 next year and 12x gets us to minimum of 60. this year 4.75 might be a little tough given it's back end loaded and implies a higher comp than what i think they will do. inventory management was bad, promotions were bad this past year. they did not have enough stuff. from some hard core retail analysts (from the guys that go and check stores and all that crap) think the inventory and product is getting better 3q/4q. getting off promotions is tough. just ask jcp. lease adjusted debt is probably just right in my view.
