We borrow money from the Chinese to pay the DOD to get ready to fight the Chinese. Oh, do I agree. We also borrow money from the Chinese to give to NATO countries and Arab countries and Asian countries and S American countries, and African countries. It doesn't matter if they are friend or foe. Everywhere we go we create self licking ice cream cones and we provide all the ice cream free. Well not really free. Some say our grandkids will have to pay for it. I say we are all paying for it now, and the bills get $4 Billion higher everyday.
