I am glad that my state of California is way ahead implementing Obamacare and that the insurance exchange is moving ahead of schedule to be operational online for October 2013. The Governors of States that refuse to implement it should move to Iran as you indicated in a post earlier elsewhere. Is it possible for you to share that post here?
