I did not do any calculations but what you suggest was sure true for me. The leverage of the score compared to the relativity small credit reduction is extreme. I'm sure the boyz have those algo's tweaked to perfection... Considering more rental units myself... as the most recent additions to our portfolio are yielding very well these days. Only wish I would have added more 10 years ago.. ;) So it goes. Thanks for the info.
