B, I did not say "fair value", but above arbitrage fair value, i.e., a couple of points or more (substantially) above the "fair value". Normally arbitrage will kick in at 0.7 - 1.2 points above, but on recless buying the spread could get more. If you trade own real money, why would you pay more than asked? Unless one wants to "support" the market with somebody elses' money.

It last just few minutes - what I saw, and is pretty seldom, not every day or every week. Of course, I'm not watching all the time, but on some "important" occasions...

It is not a routine kind of thing, just on critical occasions.
