My time in the military was the most fun I've ever had. It was something for which I should have been paying America. How else is an ol' Arkansas boy, raised on a 40 acre cotton and soybean farm, going to get to stand on top of sand dunes in the Sahara Desert, cross the Congo River in a dugout canoe, ride a gondola down a canal in Venice, or stand on the DMZ in Korea, merely inches away from North Korean 'thug troops'? I'm telling you, it was great.

I'm a big 2d amendment believer too. I like to think I have all the firearms I need .. but will never have all the ones I 'want' ! LOL Shooting is such a challenging pastime. Mastering the mechanics of a firearm, that uses an explosive charge to launch a projectile toward a target at such a rapid pace ... well, I just enjoy the challenge of trying to master it.

Glad to see another Glock fan. I do like my Glocks! I've had a model 23 and two model 22s. I now have only the model 22. But I've never had a malfunction with any of my Glocks, and in the 12+ years I have been shooting them, I have fired several thousand rounds downrange. They've always done their part. I know there are those who do not like them, but it's a personal preference, and I will stick with my Glocks. Like my Rugers too though. Have had the same type of good experiences with them, as I have with Glocks.

Hey, when you live life on the edge, as does GZ, you NEED an impressive arsenal! LOL
