Transparency. JB promised to break out fuel sales on the Feb 27 concall. He lied to shareholders. That breakout did not occur so we have no idea what fuel sales were for either Q4 of last year or Q1 of this year. Will the new CEO be more transparent and avoid outright lying?

Agreed it could be a function of an SEC settlement. But many claimed it would never come to that and I accepted what they said. But you are right those that said this would be a parking ticket also said the company was reading 700 tapes a day, so I suppose they could be wrong and you could be right.

So looking forward, I do think there will be a few interesting tests for the new CEO. Almost a litmus test to see if he truly breaks from the poor performance of the past. So just a few items that will be interesting to watch:

1) Will the new CEO explain the poor quarterly P20 performance. Regardless of how you feel about the stock or even the new changes, the 10Q was a complete disaster. If you need proof just compare the 10Q to the revenue contest. Despite all longs proclaiming they were being conservative the whole P20 segment was a total disaster. And even the "boots on the ground" got it completely wrong. So will we get a real explanation or more we had to tweak the preramshreddermelter.

2) Transparency. JB promised to break out fuel sales on the Feb 27 concall. He lied to shareholders. That breakout did not occur so we have no idea what fuel sales were for either Q4 of last year or Q1 of this year. Will the new CEO be more transparent and avoid outright lying?

3) Will we get more realistic forward looking projections and explanations of what is truly going on with the process.

4) Will we get a little reality around the catalyst. The whole bank vault thing is classic JB and beyond hokey. We have been told Islechem helped him with the process. So do those guys get locked in the vault with the secret recipe scribbled on a piece of notebook paper?

The reality is the 10MM was raised at 80 cents. Think about it.
