Your timeline is not correct - Zimmerman was out of the truck long before the dispatcher suggested he did not need to follow Martin.
I thought you "conservatives" were FOR rights like that?

Self defense is one of those rights.

It's not illegal for a white hispanic young man to walk down the street. He wasn't doing wrong by doing that.

Furthermore, it was Zimmerman that was confronted, hassled and attacked. If Trayvon had left Zimmerman alone, he'd be alive today.

I thought you liberals were FOR rights like that, Chrissy?

Trayvon has no rights whatsover not to be asked questions. That's called freedom of speach. The Watch Captain can ask him his name and where he is staying and who he knows in the neighborhood. He doesn't have to answer which makes him even more suspicious and worthy of keeping an eye on and calling the police on which Zimmerman did. Nobody has a "right" to not be talked to in a public place period. If you think people have such a right you better have a Constitutional or Supreme Court Citation otherwise you're WRONG! I bet Zimmerman asked him all of the above questions and a REASONABLE person would say oh hey I'm Trayvon Martin and I'm staying with my father's Girlfriend's House for a few days and her name is XXXXX and the address is XXXXX. That's the end of the confrontation right then and there and Trayvon would still be alive today. Instead, I think Trayvon refused to answer anything or was a smart ass and Zimmerman said OK, I've called the cops and have a dispatcher on the line right now, and started walking back to his truck. I bet that's when Trayvon got really mad knowing the police were called or heard Zimmerman calling the police. All Trayvon had to do is be coooperative with the Neighborhood Watch. It's easy!!! An unreasonable punk on drugs attacks Zimmerman from behind, beats him for a full minute and a half in drug induced rage and tried to kill Zimmerman with his bare hands. Put any police officer in the situation and there would have been 10 bullets in Trayvon for attacking a police officer, not one bullet.
