To change the subject slightly, speaking of cages.

I saw where there is some monkey in a zoo who likes to throw things at people. He's a bad shot and people stay out of range so he has come up with a plan. He hides piles of ammunition, mostly poop I suspect, under hay, multiple missiles, multiple piles. When people show up he bides his time until they come closer, then furiously uncovers the ammo and chucks it at them, although he is apparently still a bad aim.

For him to do these things takes remarkably sophisticated thinking, imagining people coming into range when none are there, using a complex tactic, stuff people didn't think animals were capable of prior to this.

It may be that the only way that people are different from animals is in the need to feel different.
