Sounds right to me. In most cases, that is what's going on now.

SFW?? Who cares? California does some smart things, unfortunately they have overwhelming bad law and continue it. They are a fiscal disaster.

After the politicians mandate expanded free coverage and cap rates, they will wonder why insurance companies stop writing policies in their state.
