I'm still impressed that intrade is giving Obama well over 60%. An indication that the "silent majority" may not be on our side.

His problems may take a toll, but many will decide that he may be an sob, but he is OUR sob.

After all, a significant majority of the population is on the receiving end of redistribution. Socialists (and printers of all persuasions) may have earned themselves a run all the way until they'll run out of other people's money.

The real question is whether or not Obama's supporters will be willing to take time out and vote for him. I know a lot of people who still support Obama, but almost everyone, except the most radical of them, don't seem to be as willing to line up at the polls for Barry like they did four years ago. He's turned a lot of them off on a personal level over these last four years, even if they share a similar ideology.

On the other hand, most people that I've met that can't stand the guy seem to be hellbent to brave the snow and sleet of November to make sure that their voices are heard.
