It would be different, all things being equal -- an accused or convicted white male perp gets more "justice" than a black male perp, as Ron Paul illuminated in the Republican debates.

Just look at the data from the Innocence Project. Look at the studies of how people react emotionally to mere pictures, based on "race."

Your assumptions are backwards, race-baiting, and just plain wrong.
