Well it depends - my arms are a little over 24" long and the glock 21 I carry is another couple inches - so I'd have to bend my elbow a bit - not how I practice at the range - so shot placement would be sort of hit and miss (so to speak) but I'm pretty sure I could hit the target on top of me - trying not to shoot myself if having to shoot across my own chest with someone on top of me and trapping my elbow from being drawn behind me due to me laying on the ground.
