The sad part is, Herman Cain probably has no earthly idea that happened. Is he ultimately responsible? Certainly. Is he sending those emails? I somehow doubt it. Probably some young, energetic, web-site-guru, with aspirations toward politics someday. He or she thinks they are doing a good job. They don't understand, or don't care, that ultimately the 'boss' will be the one held responsible, as long as they get their accolades for collecting the donations, and sending out "X" number of emails soliciting donations.
