I understand, Mark, but WIND was down 20% from recent high to recent
low (the past 7 trading days, or so). SYSF has ranged between 7 1/2
and 6 1/2, which is actually less than WIND's range, as a percentage.
Obviously, the market is also punishing SYSF for earnings failures,
and that explains how we got down to single-digit share prices, no
question. I just don't think that SYSF's move form the low-to-mid 7's
to the low-to-mid 6's is based on someone's knowledge of what last
quarter's performance was. Having said that, I'm sure there has been
some selling lately due to concern over what the earnings numbers
will be. I just feel that the *recent* price movement is more a
function of the overall battering of small tech stocks.

I still feel that the best sign we've had lately, as SYSF investors,
is that SYSF was able to attract the new COO; *she* seems to feel
that SYSF has a bright future ahead.
