Take a look at Nam Tai warrants guys.

They just starting trading today under the symbol NTAWF; Nam Tai trades as NTAIF. The warrants exercise price is 20.40, and the expiration is 2000, unless the warrant is called early. The stock is trading about 16 1/2, and they should earn $1.60+ per share next year. If the stock goes over 25.50, the warrants can be called and must be redeemed early. Today the warrants traded at 3.

This is a complicated transaction, and a prospectus has just been released on the issuance. There is an active thread on Nam Tai on SI.

good luck, Paul
