Wonder if the possible patent settlement is driving the share price today? Is it like politics; when the two Presidents meet it means the diplomats have already cut a deal? Could be... Samsung exec hints cross-licensing as option in Apple suit \| Electronista "Until now, neither side has gone into specifics about settlement options. Cross-licensing would potentially allow both companies to continue making products without any design changes or paying extra royalties. With or without such a deal, both companies are likely to want to settle outside of court to avoid the time and expense of a trial, which could start July 30th if no agreement is reached."
