I have always believed any honest judge would find Obamacare unconstitutional anyway. We have too many judges these days who try to impose their personal agenda on the cases they hear. This applies to both the left and right leaners .. but mostly to the lefties, unfortunately. The majority of the conservative leaning judges are honest and down-the-middle with their rulings ... which tends to really piss off the lefty zealots out there, and since they're the ones with the big, loud mouths and control the media, these cases are the ones they try to whine about constantly.
