Michael,

Thanks for checking. I think it makes sense that the company held off the offering and not sold the shares under $26.60 which I think it's already bargain price. The stock is at 25 3/8 now and may go lower. It's not possible that those shares come from the company at that price.

Remember on NASDAQ, the trades are counted at least twice, both the sells and the buys. So at this volume, there are very few sells and buys.
