Confusing, because the headlines on Yahoo: "Kodak has nothing on Apple" suggests the exact opposite ?
The ruling was mixed at best for Kodak. Essentially, the court is saying that Apple has infringed an invalid patent. If the patent is ruled invalid, Kodak doesn't end up with anything.

Who understands patent law? I don't think the patent at tourneys even have a clue.
