Wow! Deja-vu... Haven't we been here before? I tried to buy the spike down in VTS, around 36. Good ol' Datek (or the scum that they use to fill their NYSE orders...) just sat on my market order until I cancelled it. Yes, I was able to cancel my MARKET order! I gar-un-tee that if VTS had gone down from 36, my order would have been filled tout-sweet. I did add to my position earlier in the day... gee, it's almost back up to that price, too... Woulda been nicer with those shares around 36, though.
