Steve, The Nays aren't twisting things anymore than the Yeas are. Anyone who has looked at the press releases can see the case for the Nays. However, by ignoring the descrepancies or merely saying that these issues have "already been hashed out", the Yeas are in effect discounting what any professional analyst would want hard answer to. By ignoring discrepancies in company information and managerial history yeas are, in effect, culpable of just as much "truth twisting" as anything they accuse the Nays of. Regards, Ron
