Shannon, who asked us not to use her last name, was the victim of an attack on May 9 just before noon. [...] "I witnessed this young lady throwing trash out of her car and all I said was that it wasn't cool," Shannon said. A few choice words later, Shannon thought the argument was over. "All of a sudden I was being attacked," Shannon said. Two women jumped out of the car in front of her. "She was right in my window just punching me in my face, pulling my hair," Shannon said. "She started biting on my hands so severely. I thought she was gonna bite 'em off, actually." Then a man jumped out of the car and threw a soda through her window. "He said, 'This is for you, you white bitch. This is a grape soda.' And then they took off," Shannon said. The attack happened in plain view of a rooftop security camera, but Denver Police told Shannon the actual beating wasn't caught on tape. --- Good Heavens. First of all, Shannon is extremely lucky to be alive after deciding to argue back and forth with a car load of Blacks after they littered. One is absolutely not advised to tell a Black that she shouldn't litter, or abuse her child, or to ask a Black to please be quiet in a movie theater -- not unless one is armed and ready to shoot when she/he attacks in response. Even if one is able to defend himself by shooting and killing his assailants, he could still face murder charges in court, as Mr. Zimmerman is now experiencing. Add in a few Black bystanders who testify that the White person committed a hate-crime, and what chance does the White victim have? Indeed, a simple action such as asking someone not to litter in a civilized society often come with lethal consequences when dealing with Blacks. The best course of action is to note their personal and vehicle descriptions, license plates, and call the police immediately while remaining at a safe distance. Hope and pray that a real police dispatcher takes your call and real police officers respond. If any affirmative action employees are involved, the outcome is quite unpredictable, but tends toward the worse possible outcome... just like in Africa and Mexico. -nfg-
