Al-len--Those brokerages being investigated and indicted is what happens to brokerages that fail to properly run their business. Boiler Room Discount Brokerage was only given a quick look over. Dispite some complaints from uninformed and vindictive investors who didn't understand the risks of being in the market we were quickly given a clean report. I attribute this to our willingness to work with the SEC investigators on every level. Because we recognized SEC investigators are just working folks with inadequate expense accounts, low pay, and far too few perks, we were able to establish a good working relationship immeadiately. Our willingness to rectify some of their problems led to their willingness look at Boiler Room Discount Brokerage objectively. With a minimum of fuss we were given a clean slate.
