spx hit .75 retrace off 16 may high, futures hit .786 could pull back for a while

Actually, I agree with you, but you're also making my point... although it may be hard to believe considering how much this market has already declined, I think today the surprise is again to the downside... this is why I reinstated my short earlier in this rally... it's just a hunch, but my model is still short and I think today's high could already be in place... unless, of course, we rally again into new highs... looking ahead at my model, today's high would confirm a new buy signal next Monday... so, I could see this market selling off some what and then making new highs early next week... unless of course I'm wrong...<g> GZ
