Dusty, I assume the new symbol means delisting from nasdaq?
It is pncle, that right? I think you may be right, there will
be disposition of the company, we may not like it, altho it
could be as you suggest, an absorbtion of the company,
a buy out or some other undisclosed disbursement of assets
if there is any left from creditors! that is why I think
protection under bankrupt conditions will prevail, then we are
in for a long wait while they attempt to recover......This is
interesting, too bad we cannot find out much!!!!!

Dusty, thanks for sharing. I checked insidertrader & the purchaser key is H, defined as an officer who owns 10% or more of shares of company. Do you mean one of the faxes from your broker confirmed that Blum made the purchase, or that Blum owns 190,000 shares? I don't know what 10% of the company would be at this point? Could you clear that up a bit? DA.
