You seem to be ignoring the part about unrecyclable plastics. That means by definition that there is no market for it. The DEC Solid Waste report doesn't say where the plastic JBI uses comes from. It did say that JBI processed close to 1,000,000 lbs of plastic. Those are hard numbers provided to the regulators and signed off on by a Professional Engineer. If you choose not accept the information that has been provided that is your choice. Just don't say that I didn't provide data to back up my estimates.
