Ivan, check out FAMH. It appears that the President, and everyone associated with the comapny is now unsure as to what their actual earnings are or where and will be issuing an upward correction tomorrow. Nice thread on SI on this stock.

Geotek Commun Tumbles 21% As Holders Decide To Get Out>GOTK

By Brian Steinberg

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Shares of Geotek Communications (GOTK) fell more than 20% Tuesday in what one analyst said was simply a matter of investors getting out of a company that has underperformed for most of the year.

Geotek, a Montvale, N.J., holding company that provides mobile telecommunications service through several units, was perched as high as 9 1/8 at the start of December. In trading earlier, the stock was below 2.

"The company has not been doing well," said Rick Berry of Argent Securities. "Although their subscribers are up, their revenue is up, they're still utilizing quite a bit of their cash and trying to launch their foray into the wireless world." He suggested Tuesday's action was indicative of a "selling climax" in the stock.

The Nasdaq shares plunged as low as 1 3/4, below their previous 52-week low of 2 3/8 reached Monday. The stock was recently trading at 1 15/16, down 1/2, or 20.5%, on volume of 3.6 million shares, compared with a daily average of 632,500.

"Maybe people think they're not executing on their business plan," Berry said. "If you're going to sell the stock at a loss, you might as well do it here."
