The biggest whopper is the chart. The Numbers in chart don't match budget submission by Obama but they do match for Bush. How convenient. See the growth under Bush, it's 100 to 200 billion per year. Now look at the Obama budget submissions, 500B increase 2009 to 2010...that's no 1.4%. That's a gigantic increase of 16%!!! Then another 200B increase another whopper, 5.5% increase.
