I'm going out on a limb here and assume that the fuel produced was made from the plastic received, although the report does use exactly those words.

One cannot derive how much feedstock was used in 2011 from the amount received in 2011. Notice that same report shows they received more feedstock in Q3 and Q4 2011 than in Q1 and Q2. Weren't you the one here six months ago explaining to us why the machines weren't even running during Q3/Q4 2011 and how Q1 2012 was going to show us how wrong we are about this scam?

[hint: the best quality feedstock they could identify was most likely hoarded for the Q1 2012 pump. And they still failed. Miserably. Hence "Plan R" (or whatever letter we're at now).]
