OT:
(my last purchase was a .13)
Yeah, those were the good ol' days. I bought and sold that as well. :-)

Now, .20 is the rock bottom. I did not nail that but why complain. ;-)

Also, given the fact this thread can obviously move POS pinks, I'm tempted to hype an electric car company stock, tcd knows which one I mean. Teeter tottering on 52wk lows, and the con artists who control it have a perfect track record of hyping it up, to sell it. Biting my tongue, not mentioning the ticker! ;-)

Here's a few opinions on Apple, the company and their stock.

These updated opinions are consistent with my thoughts for at LEAST ten years.

Apple is the most synergistic success of any company I have ever known or been a fan of. It is the supreme example of 1+1=3. The Apple employees together are more than the sum of their parts. The company not only has been revolutionary in their current and future products, but has been since the 80's.

That's a factoid.

What other company is so exciting that most grownups watch every product release like an upcoming puppy?

Their stock has a ten year chart that simply goes up.

Their upcoming products make sense for you and me.

They have a terrific iPad 3 now, and their soon-to-arrive 7” iPad will blow our socks off.

The next iPhone will have that bigger screen we want, along with a faster chip.

That 7” iPad will sell like hotcakes, and the thought of it scares their competition hard core. Do they sell it at $299, or do they sell it at $279, or even lower? The lower the price the more traumatic it will be for Apple's competition.

Their chips are exponentially faster than those we love today. Sure some of their opposition have access to those chips, but they don’t have access to the operating system.

The pent-up demand for a new laptop will be realized soon in one helluva product.
(That works just lovely for some of our posters here.)

And last, but not least will be their television, subject to our imaginations of not using four remotes etc. etc.

Just comments on the company that has brought me so much actual joy over the past 28 or so years.
